TeleGuard Monitoring Services
Continued
Monitoring Operations
TeleGuard monitoring operations are carried out at its monitoring centers in New
York and Ottawa. All security security personnel are graduates of approved security
programs or are current or retired police officers. All have immediate access to your personal instructions in the event of
an intrusion. When an incident is identified, it is transferred to a central
display station where it is seen and analyzed by the monitoring center manager.
Clients' instructions as to what course of action to take are then followed to
the letter.
Owners or managers are contacted as directed and images of the incident
can be either sent immediately to them by fax or email or are stored and
transmitted at a later date. For each incident, a full incident report that
meets local requirements for the submission of video evidence is then provided
to the client for use in court action and insurance claims.
Guarding your Property is as
easy as Turning on your PC!
From the convenience of your own home you can access your location and watch
your premises from your computer. For internet services, you simply need
access to a local Internet Service Provider.
TeleGuard will provide you with software so that you can access the cameras in
your premises at any time. It is an excellent tool for checking on the business
when you are out of town or working from home.
Quality Program Management
TeleGuard is constantly improving the quality and capability of its systems and
services. The goal is to improve our client's bottom line by providing a high
quality service that lowers insurance premiums. TeleGuard is also on the
forefront of new standards for certification and the submission of video
evidence for court purposes, and will be certified with each new standard as it
emerges.
